Bloom Again Health provides individualized coaching for adults with a family history of dementia, concerns about cognitive health, or Mild Cognitive Impairment. Together, we identify meaningful priorities and build realistic routines designed to reduce avoidable dementia risk and support cognitive health, daily function, independence, and quality of life.
Every coaching relationship begins with your goals, circumstances, and existing medical guidance. From there, we identify meaningful priorities, create a practical implementation plan, and build routines that can be sustained in real life.
All coaching sessions are provided virtually, allowing me to work with clients nationwide. Care partners are welcome to participate when appropriate.
